We set an appointment for our dishwasher that was displaying a leak code. They said the technician would arrive any time from 8am-12pm. Drew called us at 8am and notified us he was on the way. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and explained why the problem had occurred. He was quick & professional. We are really satisfied with our experience. Thanks again Drew!

I used their service initially for my refrigerator which stops cooling after 2 power outages. I called them and they had Glenn in the house within perhaps 2 hours. He was GREAT. He listened to and found that we only needed a damper. He could have sold us a whole more expensive part but he gave us a temporary fix till the part came in and a few days later the repair was done. Next he came for my dishwasher and enlightened me to a simple solution they never told me on installation and he also did a quick fix on my dryer. I am SO IMPRESSED with them and especially Glenn that anytime I have an appliance repair I will use them. Accredited Appliance is the company I use for appliance service and repair. They made my appointment for the day after my call. Glenn C. was the service technician and immediately diagnosed the problem with the ice maker. He had the part available in his truck and installed it. He also re-routed the piping and added a new shutoff valve. The ice maker started making ice immediately. As always I am very pleased with her response time and the expertise of their technicians.
