Job Summary:
The Appliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the appliance department, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of appliances, industry trends, and exceptional communication skills to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Train and motivate sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory records, track product availability, and reorder materials as necessary.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to inventory.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, hire and develop a high-performing Appliance repair team.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages individual growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
– 5 years of Management experience
– Proven experience in appliance repair
– Strong knowledge of appliances, including features, specifications, and industry trends.
– Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in use of technology.
