Job Summary:

The Appliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the appliance department, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of appliances, industry trends, and exceptional communication skills to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
    • Train and motivate sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory records, track product  availability, and reorder materials as necessary.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to inventory.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
    • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, hire and develop a high-performing Appliance repair team.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages individual growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

– 5 years of Management experience

– Proven experience in appliance repair

– Strong knowledge of appliances, including features, specifications, and industry trends.

– Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Proficient in use of technology.
