The desired candidate will possess the following experience, skill set and attributes:

• 5+ years successful prior in home appliance repairs with current field experience
• Dedicated team player who is able to ensure quick, flexible, and expert service to every customer via excellent time management skills
• Proficient using testing equipment, read diagrams to quickly diagnose the appliance issue(s)
• Have your own tools and if sealed system, have all the tools/equipment necessary to complete repairs
• Confident and experienced working on all types and brands of appliances, including Samsung and LG refrigerators. Washer, Dryer, gas and electric cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves etc.
• Coachable and trainable
• Follow company procedures in field application, ordering, obtaining parts locally or through office
• Can do, get it done attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to manage customers expectations and handle different personality types
• Self- Motivated
• Ability to present repair solutions clearly and confidently
• Maintain 10% or less customer call backs for same issue
• Critical thinking and ability to think through complex tasks
• Well Groomed
• Detailed oriented and well organized
• Willing to continue ongoing education to meet the ever changing demands of the industry
• Flexible work schedule and able to work Saturdays and Evenings upon request to service customers
